The Power of Intention is our signature multi-day retreat—a gentle wellness journey crafted to reconnect you with your body, breath, and inner stillness. Through a blend of meditation, yoga flow, deep rest, and mindful moments in nature, you’ll experience a space to reset, reflect, and realign.
All of this unfolds against the backdrop of soul-lifting scenery and nourishing, wholesome food.

What Each Retreat Includes
Each day begins and ends with guided sunrise and sunset meditations, designed to ground your energy and set meaningful intentions. You’ll move through daily vinyasa-style yoga flows, complemented by visualisation, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra—a restorative yogic sleep practice that calms the nervous system and restores inner peace.
For those looking to go deeper, we offer optional massages by arrangement, as well as guided bush walks that invite you to slow down, connect with the land, and breathe in the beauty of the surrounding wilderness. It’s a retreat experience that honours both movement and stillness.
Evenings are about nourishment and connection, featuring charcuterie boards, local wine, and wholesome brunches shared in good company. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our retreat is designed to be inclusive, slow-paced, and deeply supportive—a true escape into intentional living.
